What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, company, phone number (optional), the services you are interested in, your message, the form you used (Performance or Creative) and the language of the site.

Email and phone: the details you include when you write to or call us.

Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Statistics and marketing: only if you accept cookies. See "Cookies" below.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer or collaboration: necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

To run, secure and improve the website: our legitimate interest in a working and safe website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Statistics, ad measurement and relevant ads: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling with legal effects, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies

Without your consent, the site only uses what is strictly necessary for it to work.

If you accept statistics, Google Analytics measures how the site is used. If you accept marketing, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) can measure our ads and show you relevant ads. These services set cookies and may use similar technologies.

You choose in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Who we share data with

We use the following data processors, who only process data on our instructions: Vercel (hosting of the website), Sanity (content management, where no visitor data is stored), Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets, where enquiries are stored; Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads with your consent) and Meta (ads, with your consent).

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our providers are based in, or may process data in, the USA. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a collaboration; customer data is then kept for as long as the collaboration lasts and as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act (5 years).

Technical logs at our hosting provider are kept for a short period, typically up to 30 days.

Cookie data is kept for the period stated in the cookie banner, at most 13 months, and is deleted if you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Write to info@superspecialagency.com to use your rights. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, dt@datatilsynet.dk, www.datatilsynet.dk.
